Hey Guys! I hope you’re all well. This is my first of many Fitness Friday post. I’m really excited to start these posts rolling as I’ve got so much to show you all. I’ll give you all the 411 on what Fitness Friday is exactly.
I’ve had incredible conversations with most of you all in regards to healthy lifestyle changes, confidence, body image, health issues and my advice on weight loss. I find it really difficult to reply to all of the emails so I sat down and scribbled a little spider diagram on a piece of paper thinking of different ways that I can help those who are looking for inspiration or advice. For ages now I’ve really wanted to document my fitness routine and how I live a healthy lifestyle – so it hit me. Fitness Friday. Every single Friday from now on I will be posting a fitness post (hence the name), the posts will be different every single week and will include everything from meal plans to workout routines – how I’ve been keeping active this week. etc.
